Every care is taken to maintain our elderly vehicles and keep them in good condition.  However in the unlikely event that any of our cars are unable to complete the booking due to mechanical failure, accident or any other cause whatsoever, we reserve the right to substitute the car at short notice.  If, for any reason, your chosen car is not able to provide a service on the day we will endeavour to provide an alternate vehicle and offer a 50% refund of the hire charge.  While we will do our utmost to provide a satisfactory alternative, no liability will be accepted by us for any consequential loss.

A non–returnable deposit of £50 per booking is required.  The balance of the hire charge is payable 4 weeks before the event.  If a cancellation is made within 4 weeks of the wedding date, the full payment is non-refundable.  Please note we operate a no smoking policy in our vehicle.  Bookings are accepted only on the understanding that the hirer accepts the above terms and conditions.
